Great detective work! We've finally have an answer after 3 1/2 years: a 122 mm howitzer M1910/30 modernized in 1937.
Since the museum is in Russia and not in Spain, that means that this type of gun shown on the first picture of this post was not in Republican hands, only the 107 mm model in front of it.
Unfortunately, I cannot correct the title of this thread. Maybe the admin can help and move it then in the "Soviet Union at War" section.

I've great doubts if this 107 mm M1910/30 has any relation to Spain. A 4.2-inch/107-mm quick-firing gun M1905, an adaptation of Japanese Type 38 for Tsarist Russia, is stored at the backyard of the museum:
Such a gun is exhibited somewhere in the Czech Republic, I can't remember where.
IMHO we have to ask author of the site, what's the source of the photo.
