I think there is more her than at first meets the eye.
If I use the first table as an example and identify the columns by A-H and we use a little knowledge of the Soviet artillery guns we might be able to break the figures down a bit.

1) Take the total weapons D and deduct column C (the AA weapons) and column E the guns and mortars 76mm+. This will give you the AT guns 45mm and 57mm - only used in direct fire = 2629 (J)
2) Add columns A and B to give the number of guns and mortars = 14943
3) (A+B) - J (the AT guns) - column F = 6964 the artillery pieces 76-100mm ie 76mm regimental and divsisional guns and 82mm mortars

4) Column B - J (Number of guns - guns) = 5,456 number guns 76-280mm
5) There is no way that I can see to split up the gun+mortar figures in columns in D, E and F without outside figures. The simplest one to collect is the number of 120 and 160mm mortars as these were quite rare and their organisation relatively straight forward compared to gun units which vary quite a bit. So 120/160mm mortars are:
Rifle Divisions: 21 x 63 (I suggest using 80% of establishment) = 1058
Rifle Bde 8 x 2 (ditto) = 12
Mortar Bde: 144 x 6 = 864
Heavy Mortar Bde: 32 x 3 = 96
total = 2030

Why 80% of establishment? Well if we look at the figures for the 45/57mm AT guns there are 48 in the 63 Rifle Divisions = 3024 whereas the table only shows 2629 or 85% But there are other independent AT units making the establishment even higher so 80% of establishment seems a good guess.

6) Column A - 2030 (N) = 6858-2030= 4828 or the number of 82mm mortars (P)
7) 6,964 76-100 guns and mortars - 4828 (P) = 2,136 76-100mm Guns
8) Column F - N = 5350 - 2030 = 3320 100-280mm Guns

In summary we can break down the types as follows:

45/57mm AT guns = 2629 (J)
76mm guns = 2136 (Q)
82mm mortars = 4828 (P)
120/160mm mortars = 2030 (N)
Medium and heavy guns = 3320 (R)

the only weapon I would have liked to split out but cannot see how to, is the 122mm Divisional Howitzer since it appears both in the Rifle Divisions (12) and in the Breakthrough Artillery Divisions in large numbers.
