The Following link takes you to the page containing a list of combat logs and reports on combat operations of the fronts and armies of the Soviet Army during the Great World War 1941-1945. These are day by day entries for specific armies in long hand. This site allows you to find many TSAMO records without searching for them one at a time.

Re: TSAMO Army Combat Logs for Soviet Armies
A very nice listing of the higher level war diaries. Unfortunately, some of the ones I am interested in are handwritten and hard to read. A few points to keep in mind
1.) A lot of the lower level war diaries (corps and down) are missing. For example in the summer of 1941 the war diaries of the 2nd Cavalry Corps and its two subordinate cavalry divisions (the 5th and 9th) exist. Pretty sure parts of the war diaries of some of the subordinate cavalry regiments of the two cavalry divisions also exist. What war diaries exist can be extracted fairly easily from the Excel Files provide by AMVAS.
2.) It is possible that more material is available at http://podvignaroda.ru.
3.) If you are researching make sure to look at the other indexes Боевые документы. They can save you huge amounts of time.
4.) Lastly, if you look at the War Diary then try to look at the other documents related to the unit. It is hard to know where the best information is located.

http://podvignaroda.ru. now seems to be devoted to Awards documents and general items, as I have yet to find 'historical' documents there.
