"Voroshilov regiment" ?

I'd appreciate if anyone can offer any clarification of a reference I have.

I've been looking into a story associated with the Jewish partisan Moshe Gildenman active in Ukraine in 1943. The original reference I have indicates that Gildenman's group was absorbed into the Red Army and that he ended up in the 141st Rifle div. I recently came across another biographical note that says he joined the "Voroshilov regiment". Can anyone offer any information regarding the Voroshilov regiment or how the 141st rifle division may be related to it. Thus far I haven't found anything on a "Voroshilov regiment" beyond a recent movie movie.
