As can be seen since 1990, the journal "Railway transport" enters the Fund of this library. The phone number listed on the website is not currently being serviced.
Since the library is not far from my house, I will probably be able to visit it next week.

Today I visited the library of Russian Railways.
Number 9 for 2007 in the reading room is available. Numbers 4 and 6 for 2005 in storage, ordered, will deliver tomorrow after 12-00.

Today I received by e-mail a copy of the article from issue 9 for 2007 (PDF, 3.5 MB). All very high quality.

As far as I understand, in issues 4 and 6 for 2005 collected articles from issues of previous years, dedicated to the Great Patriotic War. But we'll soon know for sure.

You are right this is an anniversary collection from previous years which (if the listing is correct) will save trawling through acres of back issues.

Issue 4 2005 contains a special section "Railway transport in the great Patriotic war". This section has its own page numbering (80 pages in total). In the section there is an article from the issue for 1942.
Issue 6 2005 contains materials of the conference devoted to the work of railway transport in the Great Patriotic war. Copies ordered, I believe will be made in the shortest possible time.
