Hello, i am wondering if there is any good OOB's out there for December/January 1944/45 for the Red Army which displays it like the German OOB's on the Axis History Website

You might try

Order of Battle Soviet Army World War 2, Vol. 14 – Manstein’s Kiev Counterstrokkes – November-December 1943

and

Order of Battle Soviet Army World War 2, Vol. 15 – Korsin-Cherkassy Pocket January-February 1944

they might have the order-of-battle formatted in form you like. The original Soviet order-of-battles are available for free, it just takes getting used to the cryllic alphabet.
