A publication from the second half of 1942 with a description of military supply and administration system on theater of operations. Also various reference data (authorized weapons strength of various units, size of the ammunition load for various weapons and units; fuel, forage and food requirements, loading of various cargo on trucks and rail cars etc)

Great find...Wow 177 pages.

I gave it a quick look and did not see any maps or diagrams. I will go back and look in detail.

Agreed, a great find and thanks for pointing it out. Looks similar to some of the US 'reference data' type publications, covering basics such as movement and composition of various unit types. The ammunition info is about the only part I can make out as that's something I'd looked at before.

For those, who is interested in Soviet TOEs: from page 74 of the file till the page 93 you can find tables with TOE strength of weapons and ammunition of some units.
