if the fighting between Germany and France had taken longer than a month-did Stalin-nearer to Germany via Poland- plan to conquer Western Europe?

No, he was a better politician than that.
He wanted to pick up the pieces after the expected (by communist ideology) military and social collapse of the belligerents.

On 21 May 1940 the Politburo ordered to continue demobilization and transfer of the army to peace-time footing. That mostly answers the questions.
