If you are thinking about the reliability of the web-master then at least I haven't discovered yet any significant faults. If your question is about the reliability of the Boevoi sostav Sovetskoi armii then one should keep in mind that the series was likely composed using the overviews produced in the Soviet General Staff. If there were mistakes in these documents (and sometimes there were), then they were not corrected (at least not always) by the authors of the book - likely they did not do such deep research.
