Thank you otlichnik/Shawn

It took about six and a half years to produce both books and edit them. A major effort. So, for the first time English readers can follow the entire true story of a notable Soviet combined arms infantry army from its formation to the end of the war (1942-1945), at an operational level.

I must say that both books will give the reader a more realistic look/insight into the Russian side of the war. It's a good story.

Congrats Dann.

I have spent several hours reading this book. Really covers a vital area- about how a combined arms infantry army works, I heartedly recommend it.

The differences between the combined arms army and the Tank army was enormous.

Glad you like it Cult Icon.

I wanted to show just what was going on behind the Soviet/Russian side of the front line. The reality is different from the common view. This is an in-depth view of a single Russian Army. My first book deals with the formation of the 64th Army and the battles in and around Stalingrad. Book #2 takes the now 7th Guards Army to the end of the war. In this way the reader can read and understand what occurred for a single Russian infantry army from 1942-1945. It is a good read and a good story.

I you like, please post a review on Amazon.com... :D
