Anthony Beevor gives for the three fronts having concurred to occupy Berlin, in his book "La chute de Berlin", page 449 of the french version, a total of 78 291 deaths an 274 184 wonded.

That is for Berlin Strategic Offensive operation - not for the fighting in the city -although it is included.
