We can see a Major wearing "Pour le Mérite" medal, but what about his right collar tab begining by a "B" ? "Br" ? "BrG" ?
What is the word begining by B ?

Thanks for your help

It's a SA collar patch for Brigade Staff, followed by a number.
61th Brigade Staff - Westmark - in the example.
