Hello Paul ;
Welcome to AHF.
A tunic for a Reichsbahn official of pay-group 11 trough 8 and 7a. ( according to collar patches ).
Swastika missing or censored, and devoid of corresponding shoulder boards.

Re: Reichsbahn uniform and insignia identification
Not from the Third Reich-era Deutsche Reichsbahn, but from the post-war Deutsche Bundesbahn of the FRG.
The collar patches are for an official of the medium-grade career [mittlerer Dienst] in pay group A5 to A8.
The post-war collar patches were similiar, but not identical to the 1941 model; the most obvious difference being, of course, the absence of the Swastika. Also, shoulder boards were no longer used by the DB. (The collar patches were also abolished in 1966.)
