Not the same thing. This is a sheepskin with the skin being used as the outside. The one in the movie has an outer cloth shell with fleece liner.

Schnert was correct again!

It appears to be the M-1909 "sheepskin parka." I now own onw, but I believe the lining is goat hair like the British knapsacks of the AWI.
