Very interested in getting more info on the sewing patterns mentioned above.

Have any more patterns come to light since the last post on this thread?

How did the trousers M36 or M27 look? Does anybody have a pattern?

I haven't been able to find a pattern for m/27 or m/36 trousers, neither "straight" (pitkät) nor "riding" (ratsastavien) variant. However, it shouldn't be a major task to modify existing pattern from the era to look like either m/27 or m/36.

M/27 trousers, straight - Digitaltmuseum.se
M/36 trousers, straight - Digitaltmuseum.se

M/36 trousers, riding - Digitaltmuseum.se

I have uploaded following pattern drafts without copyright protection from Vaatturi magazine to my web page www.traditional.fi. Do notice they're only available in Finnish and you need basic drafting experience.

- Finnish Defence Forces Field Tunic M/36
- Finnish Defence Forces Overcoat M/36
- Civil Guard Tunic M/27
- Finnish Defence Forces Summer Tunic M/36
