I just want to get something cleared up. The Police and Sipo green was light green, right?

And the darker shade of green was for mountain troops.

However, looking at the picture above, it's not exactly light green.

When you google toxic green shoulder boards, you get different results concerning the color; lighter and darker shades of green.

of "Sturmmann",(lance corporal), the next rank up from private. Is this correct?

That's correct.

It's black on "polizei green" backing?

No toxic green waffenfarbe, is shown on SS-Mann shoulder boards.
Are black backing then.

Ss mann shoulder Boards did have toxic green waffenfarbe , for Mann rank. They didn’t have black backing
