SS M43 Panzermütze

I just got a SS M43 Panzermütze which is supposedly a post 1946 Hollywood movie prop. Extremely well made with a metal SS skull.
The skull appears to be original as it is identical to an original skull I have had gotten in the early 50's. My question is the butttons on the cap. They have the SS runes circled by a leaf wreath. On the back of the buttons is "RZM" in a circle and "M51". Anyone know anything about these buttons: were they from another part of a SS uniform or are actually buttons that were on a hat? Those buttons were worn on the SS formal black dress short dinner jacket, same style short dinner jacket that the Navy used, but theirs was darkblue or summer white, the ultra-rare SS black dinner jackets used these on the front.

Thanks for the info. Makes me wonder if the movie prop people had a SS dinner jacket and took off the buttons and discarded the jacket.
