Hey Guys.....I have had this Pin in my German Collection I brought back from Ramstein Air Base in early 1960s...Appriximately 1 1/2 inches wide and maybe one inch tall.....I believe its a Jaeger Cap Pin of some sort...???....I recently picked up a Nice Colt Woodsman .22 Pistol.....and scrounged up a Good Brown Flap Holster for it......Im planning on putting this on the Flap.....(as if I didn't have enough to do already).......Anyway.....is it a Jaeger Pin and what type.?...Goes on side of M43 Field Cap I Presume.?....I Appreciate anyone taking the time to answer....Danke .....Hans Fischer

Nothing official German Military or Political from the 3rd Reich period. Seeing the reverse would help date the item, but even if "period" would be an unofficial "Jaeger pin".... civilian or possibly veterans related, or just "kool".
Unless I'm missing something (like a view of the reverse) I'd say use it as you please.....
