Cholm Shield authenticity check

Hi! I own a Cholm Shield whose authenticity I'm not sure about. Among the various other shields issued, it is possibly the rarest and most valuable of them all, seeing that only about 5000 were ever awarded. For that reason many fake repros of it can be found on eBay and other sites. To make sure that mine is real and not fake, I would very much appreciate the considered opinion of knowledgeable members after examining the attached scans. If it's real, how much would it be worth? Horrible CHOLM shield.....better not to have fought in that Russian sector
