New collector, please help with authenticity

On another forum this afternoon there is a back and forth about this auction, someone went, had some nasty commenst about lots of shill bidders and fake stuff being passed as real, lol.Seems there was a guy walking about telling tyhe auction house guys what stuff was worth as that item was offered up, etc. To me soundes like an in housae shiller, but hey, could all be a case of souir grapes,
