General Uniform Colours during the war
Did The Colour of German Army Generals Change During The War .... Or where Both Colours Worn in the same period .....Doesn't Seen Very Uniform or standard If They Did ???
Re: General Uniform Colours during the war
While uniform color did change, apparently so too did the skin color of German generals (i.e. from an unhealthy green as in the "early years ???" photo to a more natural flesh tone as in the "later years ???" photo). (Sorry for the humor, but I just couldn't resist.)

Re: General Uniform Colours during the war
After the the change of gilt eagle and wreath cockade in General's visor caps in 1943, a slight bluish or light grey tonality is appreciated on the General's tunics in many colour pictures, but they can be light effects, or by the type of photographic roll used ( Agfa colour usually )

Neither did all German generals go to the same tailor.
The fabric used for tunics can differ in weave, weight, and material, as well as pants coming from different bolts in differing shades of gray or field gray.
