Anyone else see the traces of red paint on the second pic?

Gold one is 1939-45 NSDAP cap eagle, the pointed wing is a NSDAP M-29 cap eagle....both original examples. Both had wide usage with many different organisations affiliated to the NSDAP.

Could be, though I don't see red...could be repainted gold.... The swastika on the M-29 does also looked touched up.
