When did fake-false-faux leather sweatbands on visor caps become into practice in the TR era? Just a year..

On 1935 came the new regulation for LW unifoms, as a part of the new formed german Wehrmacht.
More data than a year a sweatband could contain, maker's name was usual, or as well serial numbers and size.
