RAMC Badge

#1

Post by brindle » 22 Jun 2019, 18:31

This RAMC badge appears to be made from brass with a pin fastening. Is it WW1 or WW2? Is it worn on the cap as a lot of other badges have a slider rather than pin fastening. Finally, would this have been issued to Officers or normal ratings. Many thanks for any information. Cheers Phil

Many thanks for the picture. Looks like my badge might be an earlier version from circa 1904 in either brass or gilt metal.
