Silver Honor Cross of the German Mother. Awarded for 6 or 7 live births. Came in bronze (3/5 children) and gold (over 7 children)). Found in great quality unawarded so not rare. Silver with full neck ribbon run around $65/75. in excellent condition. 16. Dez. 1938 was date of institution, signature is Hitlers.
