Identify Rank or Position of Uniform and Cap

I was hoping to get help with identifying the epilettes and collar ranks, as well as the cap. Nothing I have seen on the internet matches the epilettes with the collar rank. Anything someone can add to help me figure out more information would be greatly appreciated.

Looks like Reichsbahn official of pay class 7 or 6:

If I correctly see one star on the shoulder straps then Reichsbahn-Inspektor or so.
