Uniform ID Please

Germany, 1940.

Three uniforms in this photo, I think they are all the same.

But what are they?

All three men are wearing army [Heer] uniforms.

The men on the left and in the middle are NCOs (as identified by their collar-/shoulder board braid [Tresse]; the one one on the right is a private.

The man on the left is also wearing the sleeve braid identifying him as holding the duty position of Hauptfeldwebel (colloquially Spieß). His actual rank as indicated by his shoulder boards is Oberfeldwebel.

Furthermore, he is wearing a marksmanship lanyard [Schützenschnur], a ribbon bar and one pinback badge (possibly a sports badge or maybe a wound badge, but it's not clear enough to positively identify).

Their field blouses [Feldblusen] are pre-war models, as they still have dark green collars and pleated pockets with scalloped flaps. Long trousers with branch-color piping (again, seen on the man on the left) were worn for walking-out.
