Hey guys, I purchased these original ( yes they’re real) rzm unused belt ramps for tunics. Attached are photos of what they look like. I was wondering if some could help me in figuring out how these are attached to tunics exactly. I don’t think they’d be stitched on over the tunic, I’d imagine they would be placed from inside and then a hole made in the uniform for the ramp to stick out from?
Does anyone know the method of using these? I’m wanting to put them on an m36 officers tunic I have in gabardine that doesn’t have belt hooks on it
Original rzm belt ramp and uniform installation question
Re: Original rzm belt ramp and uniform installation question
Those hooks were designed to hold a light weight, a belt with a pistol holster or a sword at most.
They were sewn on some reinforcement inside ( usually an inner adjustment belt ) the lining of the tunic.
