Original helmet? Rusty Allg SS droop bill..

Hello,

Looking to know if this allg ss helmet is authentic listed on ss steel. It looks like a droop bill variation. It has a lot of rust and limescale. What I’m concerned about is the greenish blue streak on the right side, it looks like it has at one point been painted that color.

I understand Kelly H is very respected in the ss helmet community, but I just would like to make sure before I buy it.
