Is the fellow in the sidecar wearing a Reichsbahn uniform?

Hello Marcus!

I think it is a Landzoll (customs) uniform but the only photo reference is the uniform on this page:

Yes, he is a ranking officer for the customs service. The unfiorm is proepr customs, but some clues, the eagle wings bend upwards, the wreath is more square than army round, and of course the collar tabs and boards are for an officer rank, but not sure which rank.

I think the rank of the custom´s officer (Zollbeamte) is Zollinspektor.
