cuff title? need little help

Anyone can tell me if there ever existed a cuff title "Oberbayer". Can't put a picture since i don't have one but i see it from a guy who wants to sell it

Oberbayer - Upper Bavaria?
Havn't seen a "Oberbayer" cuff title before, what does it look like, colours etc. If it's a black RZM or Bevo SS I would be wary.

Before 1939 there was SS-Totenkopf Standarte I "Oberbayern", however the cuffs of these guys just had the deaths head and no actual wording.

It is black. actually this gui sends me a picture with it but it was verry small...no details. The writing on it is in Gothic fonts. He said it was sewn on a ss uniform of an sturmbannfuhrer...also he mailed me pics of the collar tabs...verry little pictures no details. He also said it is from 38-39 year and have an armband red with white circle and zwastica with it. I asked this question because i intend to buy this uniform from him and i'm going to meet the guy in a week or two. I will try to make some pics before I buy and put them here.

Sorry , just to correct what I first wrote, there was a worded "Oberbayern" cuff title, the deathheads design then replaced this worded cuff.
However I am sure it was not spelt 'Oberbayer'.
