luftwaffe belt buckle

I have what i think is a luftwaffe belt buckle with tab stamped on the inside is the letters RS&S and no rmz. does any one know what maker thay stand for?

Richard Simm & Sohne, Gablonz is the maker.

RZM marks were only put on Party/SS items as a standard mark for th e manufacturer.

For future reference I have also moved this to the appropriate forum.

Some very early Wehrmacht items do bear the RZM mark I believe. I have an Army belt with the RZM stamp dated 1936.
