What uniform is he wearing???

Can anyone id this uniform? I can't make out the collar tabs. The photo appears on an internet auction and claims he is a "luft" soldier, but that is no Luftwaffe uniform I have ever seen. Notice how there are no buttons in the front or breast pockets.

What is it?

Fliegerbluse

I think he is a Luftwaffe airman. That very much looks like the Luftwaffe "Fliegerbluse" or flyer's blouse worn closed at the neck and without a breast eagle.

He is indeed an airman. The dark shade of the collar tabs suggests flak-artillerie or motor transport but it's not possible to be sure, of course. He's wearing the standard early fliegerbluse without the LW breast eagle and the pocket flaps. 1940 saw the addition of the breast eagle, the pocket flaps - for ORs and NCOs - and the removal of the arm-of-service waffenfarbe from around the collar.
