Can you help me identify this armband?

I posted this on the "Various Militaria" forum but it isn't showing up over there for some reason. My ex found this armband in an apartment they were cleaning out and I really don't know anything about it. Does anyone know why type of armband it is and who would have worn something like this? Does it have any value?

Thanks for the help.

Hello!

According to a manual from the Reichszeugmeisterei this armband without additional stripes or oak-tresses was for Politische Leiter Anwärter within the Reich territory.

regards,
Christoph

I recieved an offer of $125 for the arm band. Does that seem like a fair price? Personally I think it's reasonable if not on the high side. Most of the arm bands that I'm seeing are made of a thin cloth material. This one is made of a more course cotton material. Does that make a difference? Thanks for your help.

I think 125 dollar is a reasonable price.
Btw these arm-bands worn by SA-men.
