In the pics it looks grey but its really dark green.The shield is about 98% intact.The eagle is only about 80%.I wish the eagle was more but i can't complain as they are original.The helmet is in excellent shape and i highly doubt it was used in combat.Maybe a parade helmet?I'll post some nice pics of a beautiful and VERY rare camo m42 ss helmet i have and another m42 ss helmet i have with stamped rzm/ss liner and chinstrap.both are original to.IF anyone has has pics of their helmets please post them.I would love to see them.
