Does anyone have an idea about the circumstances of Ali Bashampa's death in Oct31 1918?
He was the director of Teskilati_Mahsusa at the time.

Ali Başhampa was a Tunesian Turk who became the 2nd president of Teşkilat-ı Mahsusa after Süleyman Askeri Bey was send to Irak. His grave was in the garden of the Tekke of Yahya Efendi at Beşiktaş in Istanbul. His remains were taken to Tunis in 1962 at a request of Habib Burgiba who was also a member of the organization. He died on Oct 31st 1918.

As usual, U have answers for all questions.
One more question please,Do you know why he died exactly the day after signing the Modrus armistice on 30th october 1918?
Was it suicide, was he killed or did he die of natural causes?

Teşekkürler
Very strange coincidence.

Oct 30 official recognition of defeat and armistice.
Nov 1 The three leaders of the empire escape.

And he, the head of the organization responsible for resisting the occupation, chooses to die of natural causes the day in between?
