Turkish Delegation in Bucharest for Balkan Pact Meetings

In November of 1936, the Turkish delegation to Bucharest for the Balkan Pact Negotiations, together with high-ranking Romanian officers:
1- Field Marshal Fevzi ÇAKMAK
2- Brigadier Colonel İsmail Hakkı AKOĞUZ
3- Colonel Şefik ÇAKMAK
4- Lieutenant Colonel Yusuf Adil EGELİ
5- ?

We can see the Greek general on the left of Fevzi Çakmak, Alexander Papagos; he took part in Turkish-Greco War.
He served as operations officer to the Cavalry Brigade in the disastrous Asia Minor Campaign and was decommissioned in after the ruling government was forced out by a revolutionary council headed by Nikolaos Plastiras.
He was Lt.Gen. and Chief of the Army then back in photo.

There are Yugoslavian generals on Turkish marshal's right, I think the general in front is Milutin Nedić.
