Mates,
I notice these details on these officers, but does not say where they gained here Ottoman awards, any ideas?
Brantner Theodor Capt Cav born 1882 died 1964 Austro Hungarian KUK 3rd Ulan Regt to 4th Cav Div 1918 later WWII retired 1938 did not serve
Glasner Johann Capt KUK born 1889 died 1939 Austro Hungarian KUK 8th Jager Bn to staff 63rd Div 1915-16 to staff 20th Mountain Bde 1916-18 later WWII Maj Gen 1938 died
Moro Ing Friedrich Capt KUK Artillery born 1884 died 1940 in Berlin Germany Austro-Hungarian KUK FAR No 9 later WWII Maj Gen OKH 1939-40

Theodor Brantner promoted to major on 17.8.1917 according to Auszug aus dem Verordnungsblatte Nr. 151
Although he was awarded many times wit k.u.k medals but He never received any ottoman awards.

lists many KUK awards but also the Ottomanischer Eiserner Halbmond
Glasner I could find not details other then he gained an Ottoman award?

I had believe the first two may gave gained them with the 15th Corps in Galacia, while Moro served in the Artillery, so was he in Palestine or did he also serve with the 15th Corps?

The bio on the Major didn't mention service with ottoman Forces during the war, so I was unsure if the same man
