Tosun,
I did notice this
Deniz saglik Birliklerinin en üst rütbeli subayi
(Top ranking officer of Marine Health Corps)
The use of the word Top is interesting
rütbeli subayi
senior officer
So should the translation be "senior officer of Marine Health Corps"
The German officer is Naval Dr Col Böse
Cheers

Tosun,
Another word I was after is the use of the word "Sahra"
Like
3. Sahra topçu Alayi Komutani Çanakkale'de komutan "Topçu okulu komutani
(Sahra Artillery Alia Commander Commander in Canakkale "Artillery school commander)
Filistin'de Cenin'de 300. Sahra uçus birliklerinde Sehit Pilot
(Jenin De 300th in Palestine Sehit Pilot in Sahara Flight Units)
Mardin'de Sahra Demiryollari Komutani
(Sahra Railways Commander in Mardin)
Now Why the word Sahra when these units were no where near the Sahra desert?
There are many more men who show this name in there employment with the Ottoman Army?
Any ideas

En üst : top (we dont have a foreign world lile "top" in our language, although we have many foreign words.
both is correct: the top ranking officer or senior officer of Naval (Navy) Health Corps. Marine is not the right word.

Tosun,
olağanüstü
Yes that makes sence, the word Field fits most of these like;
Wertelnmann Kurt Lt 3. Sahra topçu birliginde (3rd Field artillery)
Rohlfing Capt 6.Orduda 930. Sahra topçu Birligi komutani (6th Army 930th Field artillery unit commander)
Pramann LtCol Genel Kurmay 'da Sahra Demiryollari Daire Baskani (Chief of the Field Railway Department in the General Staff)
While it looks correct for
Thierry LtCol 'da Istanbulda Sahra Demiryollari Dairesinde Kurmay Subayi (Istanbul Sub-Saharan (Field) Railway)
teşekkür ederim my friend

ıt is a good translation but without sence. Yes Midilli is pony but is a also name of a great ottoman turkish island on Aegean see. Today greece : Lesvos.
