Hi Felix,

Being frustrated by the small amount of naval history regarding the Black Sea e.g. Ottoman,Russian and Brit ship losses during WWI.
I started in January last to list the ship losses due to surface attacks by Russians. That expanded to Turk surface attacks in the Black Sea.
That expanded to Brit submarine Attacks in the Sea of Marmara and that lead to Russian submarine attacks on Turk ships. I'm still
not done.

Sources: Mostly internet mostly English like Warsailors and Great War Forum etc., Some Russian language internet sites, some Turkish
language sites ,the last 2 with the help of Google translate. Other sources books written by Paul G Halpern and others.

At the start I thought it would be a piece of cake. WRONG!

There might be mistakes and omissions. Those are up to you guys out there to find and fix.

Respectfully,

Joe R
