Muzaffer is an arabic word used also by the Turks "Victorious"
It is a name. not a famili name. Famliname of Ahmet Muzaffer is Kılıç. but the other's is Tuğsavul. No relation. I knew Tuğsavul Pasha personly during his retirement. He was our neigbour. He built a house in Ankara just behind our garden. . He was a great soldier.
