Note that the above-posted naval song, sung by the German Kriegsmarine soldiers transferred to the "Skanderbeg" regimental group (not to be confused with the Albanian SS division of the same name - the "Skanderbeg" regimental group was a German unit formed after the Albanian "Skanderbeg" division was dissolved, in October 1944), was likely just a cover of an at-the-time popular naval song.
Apparently, (a variant of) the song was also sung by the Volkssturm (which had nothing to do with the widely-unknown "Skanderbeg" group).
