Please let's try to avoid linking and quoting Wikipedia in the future. Those articles are written by anyone, anonymous people, many of whom are toying with history, writing non-existing quotes or crediting false sources. The Hackenberger article doesn't have to be one of those cases, but nevertheless, the Wikipedia has repeatedly been proven to be a historically unreliable source.

Oskar Hackenberger (born July 24, 1872, in Langhennersdorf, November 8, 1929, in Berlin ) was a German conductor, armed force performer of the Royal Prussian Army of the German Kaiser Army, armed force artist of the German Reichswehr and educator at the Royal Academy of Music in Berlin. A few German armed force walks were altered and reproduced by him
