Hello - I listened to the opening title to Der Sieg des Glaubens, and while the lyrics sound like they're "Wach auf du deutsches Land", the music is definitely not the hymn and the lyrics don't sound the same [ this is the hymn version ]

Does anyone know what the lyrics are in Sieg des Glaubens, and who wrote the music? Thanks!

Unfortunately the recording played in the movie is of bad quality and only few words can be understood (or just guessed). I was unable to find this song at very well known sources, can anyone help?

The song you're searching for is "Wach' auf, du deutsches Land" (but not the old and well known song beginning with the same line). Unfortunately, I'm not able to help with the right lyrics at the moment.

Hello.

I'm trying to find the name of a piece - that which I heard from a propaganda film from the 3rd Reich. I don't remember much of it - basically the first 4-5 bars, and I can't remember any lyrics. I'm looking to include the song in a history project.

I have re-created what little I can remember using a site called 'Online Sequencer', something similar to Synthesia. I can provide a link if it will be allowed.

I apologize for revitalizing the old topic. It seems that nobody has its lyrics so far.
The old lyrics of Wach auf, wach auf (16th century) can be found on multiple sites, but the one from The Victory of Faith cannot be found anywhere.
