No, the NSFK was formed 4 years later, in 1937 (while this is a 1933 song). Sorry I had to remove your lyrics, but they contained way too many misinformation. Unfortunately, at the moment I have the (correct) lyrics of only one strophe (from F. K. Prieberg's "Handbuch"). It goes like this:

3. So zieht am Himmel eine Schar,
bei Wolken, Sturm und Winden,
das Hakenkreuz am Flügelrand
steht hier, euch zu verkünden:

Heil dir, mein Vaterland, voran
zum Trutz der Reaktion,
wacht über dir der Fliegersmann

As you can see, every line (except for the last one) is different from those that you posted. In future, please post only lyrics from songbooks and songcards, preferably pre-1945. You can find many of them here http://www-old.bildpostkarten.uos.de/index.php (but not this song though).

The Hitler-Adler-Bataillon song melody appears to have been originally "Gefällt dir meine grüne Tracht" [song title corrected by the host]. I found a recording of the original song online.
