"Die braune Garde" was the Nazi cover of Förster & Großmann's "Unsere Garde".

According to several songbooks from 1934, it was the favourite song of Adolf Hitler's (at the time).

Known recordings of the song:

The Electrola recording is actually the complete march "Unsere Garde", with the lyrics of "Die braune Garde" in trio.
The Hakenkreuz-Platte recording, although credited as a march, is actually just an instrumental performance of Förster's trio tune.
