Blut und Ehre (1982) soundtrack

Post by Teppeny » 29 Apr 2019 16:27

Hello everyone! Last month I watched a serie called "Blut und Ehre" wich is a serie about Hitler Youth boys made in the 80s.

In the second episode, the main characters goes to a summer camp and on the road, they sang 3 songs (this scene made me think of the movie "Der Marsch zum Führer"): "Es zittern die morschen Knochen", "Jetzt kommen die lustigen Tage" and an unknown song.

I can't figure words except "Los, los, los" at the beginning and "Chaussee" at the end, maybe it's a post war fantasy song, I don't know. It made me think of a classic French hiking song called "Un kilomètre à pied" even if this is not the same melody.

Anyways, here is the footage, the quality is pretty bad as well as the sound, there were a better version a month ago but it was removed from Youtube.

I hope that someone will help me figure out wich song is it!

Many thanks,
Teppeny

Hello,

it's a hiking song called "Klotzmarsch". When hiking on the country road you can invent as many stanzas as you like. After each tree species the first part is repeated until "Chaussee". With "and" you go back a step, then forward again.
Printed in song compilation "Der Kilometerstein", published by Gustav Schulten (Voggenreiter-Verlag 1934).
