Follow That Camel (1967) soundtrack

I need you help to identify a music track. Please don't laugh but it's from a "Carry On" movie, "Follow That Camel". The crew are stuck in a desert fort and to fool the enemy they play some music to make them think reinforcements are comming. The question is, what is it called, it sounds like "Oh Hide Rusline"?????. It sounds quite good so why have I not heard of it before, and does anybody have a reasonable copy of it?

Thank you very much for your help and for the mp3, it' great. I had just found another copy of it in the net but yours is a better copy. It had the title of Heideröslein (Berliner SchuPo, Ltg. Heinz Winkel, akust.). Like yours it is the same version from the movie, and I was wondering if it was recorded by the 'Berlin Schutz Politzei'
