Second strophe seems to be missing from the card.

Which strophe was sung during the movie, does anyone know?

Haven't seen the movie, but you're right about the second strophe missing from the card. By the way, as you can hear, the strophe was denazified in the postwar recording shared by Helly Angel (the word "Führer" was replaced with "Heimat").

An interesting detail regarding the postwar popularity of the march "Kameraden auf See" is that part of it (the breakstrain) was used as an opening theme in several NVA training films (1963/1964):

...a songcard that is available in many, many versions...this one was used in 1941 (with a 'marine' postal stamp)...nice again to see that it mentions related to a film...
