Post by Claymore » 24 Mar 2005 21:46

Hi,

Can someone tell me how well known or respected was the poet Heinrich Anacker. Did he only write a few poems or was he very prolific.

Thank you.

A lot of nazi songs (Die braune Kompanie, Die Trommel ...) and he wrote 11 books between 1932/1943 which were sold approximatively at 200000 specimens.

Thanks for posting, Chrish.

Here's a good photo of Anacker in his SA uniform, with a collar patch unknown to me.

Anacker posing on a bench, alone and with a kitty cat.

Sometimes he petted kittens and sometimes he wrote war propaganda songs against the countries invaded by his country.
